I was responsible for designing user experiences for Android and iOS applications on the Jio Cloud platform. This involved UI design and advanced prototyping for both customer-facing and business-facing verticals. I created user journeys for various features like Observability, Generic Processing, Sales Dashboards, Agent Management, and the Notification Engine. Additionally, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, designers, and project managers, to ensure a seamless design process.

I developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations, hiring, and marketing. As an expert in client servicing, I created business proposals, pitch decks, and technical documents. I was also responsible for client conversion and service execution, helping over 50 SMEs across India expand their businesses by improving various key performance indicators (KPIs).
